Fort Lauderdale Florida fishing report

Report Date: November 8, 2014

It has been a while since my last update. I was waiting for the change to occur and it did. The fall/winter action has started. We caught a nice variety of species during the last couple of weeks. Dolphin, Shark, Kingfish, Amberjack and a few guest Cobias have made it to the boat. This is when the fish start to head south for the winter. The major influence here is the weather. If you time your outings between the fronts and cross paths you can have a great day bending rods and bring home some filets too.

This is one of my favorite times to head offshore with live bait. Pick a lucky day and give it a try.
